- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp pecan nut pieces
- 1/4 tsp. each ground cinnamon and ground allspice
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients in blender and process well until smooth. A few small chunks are normal.
